LaDonna Croffe Dean of Women
Annette Smith Dean of Off Campus StudentsAnnette Smith is a 1989 graduate of CFNI and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Marquette University. In addition to her teacher's certification, Annette has a lifetime teaching license from Wisconsin. She taught school for 29 years before coming to CFNI. She helped establish a Women's Aglow chapter in Hartford, Wisconsin, and was President of that chapter. She has ministered in the Philippines with Aglow, and since coming to CFNI, has ministered in several nations. She is part of the leadership team in her church in Duncanville, Texas. She is a teacher at CFNI, has served as the Dean of Women, and is currently the Dean of Off-Campus students with oversight of the attendance program.

Joe Temte Dean of Students
Joe Temte has served as a faculty member of Christ For The Nations since the spring of 2001. He and his wife, Holly, met as students of CFNI in 1983, and have been married since 1984. They have two children, Lauren and Joey. After graduating from CFNI in 1984, Joe graduated from Southwestern Assemblies of God University with a B.S. in Church Ministries. Since 1990, he has served as a youth pastor in Ohio and San Antonio, and as Senior Pastor of Harvest Christian Fellowship in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Bryan McLemore Dean of Men
Bryan McLemore graduated from Valley Forge Christian College with a B.A. in Biblical Studies. He married his college sweetheart, Dorie, and they began their first ministry adventure in Boston, MA as church planters and Street-Youth workers. Bryan has also worked for Global Passion in CA, training and sending over 3,000 mission team participants around the world doing medical, construction, and outreach projects. He has ministered in over 13 nations and is the founder of the FUEL program which is dedicated to training up the next generation of missionaries.
John Tranel Dean of Families
John Tranel is a 1983 graduate of CFNI and holds a B.A. in Missions and a B.A. in English. He has served as a missionary to Curacao for 11 years, and has been involved in planting churches and establishing a Bible School. John has also pastored for five years in Arlington, Texas. He is presently serving as the Dean of Families.

Chris Estrada Youth Ministry
Chris Estrada is a voice impacting generations. He has served as a missionary to Sri Lanka, and was a youth pastor in Euless, TX, where he led a movement that left a massive impact on their city. He presently serves as the Director of the Youth Ministry Degree Program at Christ For The Nations Institute, which produces strong leaders being sent out all over the world. He attended Christ For The Nations Institute in 2003.
Jonathan Lewis Worship & Technical ArtsJonathan Lewis is a 2008 graduate of Christ For The Nations Institute. He has served in various worship leader positions for the past 14 years, as well as serving in the armed forces for 6 years. He is a gifted teacher and worship leader, and has a passion to reproduce effective leaders in the Body of Christ. Jonathan now serves as the Director of Worship and Technical Arts Degree Program at Christ For The Nations Institute.
John Hatcher Leadership & Pastoral
John Hatcher, a CFNI graduate, serves on staff at Christ For The Nations Institute as the Director of the Leadership and Pastoral Degree Program. Along with his parents, John and his wife, Lori, and their families pioneered a Foursquare church in Massachusetts in 1984, where for 26 years, John served as the Senior Pastor. He also served 7 years as a divisional superintendent, overseeing 15 churches in the Boston area. He helped to found a Christian school in Boston, serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors. John also studied at Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary, majoring in religious education.
Connie McKenzie Children & Families
Connie McKenzie has a M.A. from Dallas Baptist University and a B.S. from the University of Kentucky. She also graduated from CFNI. She has a passion for Children's Ministry and a tremendous burden to raise up ministers who will effectively reach children and their families with the Gospel, both in the U.S. and around the world. She has led many CFNI mission trips to Asia and Africa and has taken children on mission trips to Mexico.
Jesse Landis World Missions
Jesse Landis has been a full time missionary since 1999, and joined Go To Nations in January 2002. He has served in Hong Kong, China, Philippines, Mexico, Guatemala, South Africa, Kenya, Vietnam, Russia, England, and the U.S. on various missions oriented projects. Jesse graduated from CFNI's two-year ministry program, and the Advanced School of Global Missions in 1997. Jesse holds a Bachelor degree from Southwestern Assembly of God University. As project leaders and founders of Camp Sonshine Center Foundation, he and his wife, Kay, trained and led a team of Filipinos and missionaries (mostly CFNI graduates) to impact the street children of Iloilo City, Philippines. Jesse was also involved in the beginning stages of what is now the Children and Families Degree Program (formerly the Advanced School of Children and Families).
Alta Hatcher Healing
Rev. Alta Hatcher graduated from Christ For The Nations Institute in 1983. She is a presbyter of
FMC/CFN. She currently holds a Masters degree in religious arts in Pastoral Psychology from Clarion
School of Ministry and is currently a Doctoral Candidate with the school. She has received education in
nursing, as well as certification in counseling from the state of Maine. She is also a Board certified
Pastoral Counselor with the American Association of Christian Counselors.
Alta has spoken at many women's conferences globally. Currently, she is the Director of the Healing
Major at Christ For The Nations Institute (CFNI), and she oversees The Healing Place.
Her husband, Dr. Jack Hatcher, is currently the Vice-President of CFN and Provost of Christ For The
Nations Institute. She has assisted her husband in pastoral ministry and Christian education since 1973. They love to minister on marriage and have served as counselors, as well as pastors and superintendents
within the Foursquare Church.
