Books are not to be returned without prior written approval.
2. Books are not returnable if:
a. Out of print; b. Purchased on special offers; c. Nine months or more has
elapsed since the date of purchase; d. In unsalable condition.
3. A copy of the original order form and a copy of the original invoice must
accompany the return shipment.
4. Defective books, upon arrival, will be replaced at no charge.
5. Credit will be issued if the books returned are in salable condition and
in accordance with the above terms. Credit will be issued at your invoice cost
less 10% restocking charge.
6. You will be notified of books received in unsalable condition and asked if
you want them returned at your expense. If you do not respond in 10 days,
we will assume that you want the books disposed of.
