HOME > INSTITUTE > ADMISSIONS > INFORMATION FOR ON-CAMPUS FAMILIES
The Families Department seeks to serve the families who attend CFNI. Most guidelines needed for families can be found in the Student Handbook; however, should you need further information, you may contact the Dean of Families at (214) 302-6323.
DALLAS AREA SCHOOLS
If you need information about the education options for your children, you may contact the Dallas Independent School District for information about the Dallas school system, including the charter schools. Home educators will find many other families on campus and in the Dallas area provide homeschooling for their children.
Families with children ages 13 months (and walking) to four years may enroll their children in the CFNI pre-school which offers child care from 8 am to 12 noon on days classes are in session. Please see the finance worksheet regarding fees.
LOCAL CHURCHES
Dallas/Ft. Worth is home to many churches and ministries. You may wish to spend your first few months visiting area churches. The CFN Campus Church meets on campus each Sunday at 10 am. A church fair is hosted at the beginning of each semester to help acquaint new students with churches available to serve.
HOUSING
Families accepted as CFNI students should contact their admission advisor for a housing application. Domestic families will be assigned an unfurnished apartment. International families will be given a furnished apartment. The number of family members you have will determine the size of the apartment assigned.
