CFNI provides housing for single students and families. Single men are housed in the Gordon Lindsay Tower with three students per dorm room. Single ladies live in apartments with four students per one-bedroom or six students per two-bedroom apartments. Single ladies 30 years and older live in efficiency apartments with one roommate. Married couples and families are provided one, two or three bedroom apartments depending on the size of the family and availability.

All full-time students, single and married, are required to live on campus unless they can provide documentation related to one of the exceptions below. Exceptions will be approved by the Dean of Students.

1. The student is able to document residency in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area for at least six consecutive months prior to application for admission.

2. The student is planning to live with a parent or legal guardian in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

Campus living provides our students with a 24-hour community in which to grow in the Lord. Resident assistants, family ministers and the dean’s department are here to encourage and assist students during their stay at CFNI. Even if you are a Dallas/Ft. Worth resident, we encourage you to consider on-campus housing so that you can participate in all aspects of CFNI campus life. Impromptu prayer meetings, worship jam sessions and in-depth discussions about God and His Word are typical of life in the dorms.

Living and learning doesn’t stop at the end of class - in fact it’s just beginning.
