Ministry / Employer Service:

  • Ministry/employer job postings – ministries and marketplace employers may post job opportunities for CFNI students and alumni in the following four job types listed below.

    1. Alumni opportunities – ministry positions or secular marketplace positions available to our alumni. CFNI alumni are found worldwide and we encourage posting of global opportunities, as well as domestic.

    2. Student employment – classes at CFNI run from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. daily in order to allow students to work part-time in the DFW area. CFNI students have proven to be valuable assets to many employers. CFNI also hosts an on-campus job fair each semester. For more information, contact the student employment office at studentjobs@cfni.org.

    3. Student internship – all CFNI students are required to be a part of a local church. If your church or ministry has opportunities of service available, our students are encouraged to make this a part of their training experience. CFNI also hosts an annual “Church Connect” for ministries to recruit interns on-campus each fall. Please contact studentministries@cfni.org for more details.

    4. OPT apprenticeships – OPT (Optional Practical Training) is a US Government program for international students who desire practical training in their field of study after completing a minimum of one year at CFNI. OPT students may work up to 40 hours per week in the US in their field of study for 12 months. Please call or email the placement office for more details if you are interested in providing training for an international student by employing their services in your church or ministry.

To post an opportunity: Click on the “Job Posting” button above and fill out the on-line form. Select the appropriate position type(s) as described above by checking the box next to it. More than one type may be selected if applicable. Select the position title from the drop down choices according to the job function needed. Once submitted, your form will be reviewed. When approved, it will typically be posted within 1-3 business days. Please provide as much detail as possible in order to connect with the right applicant.
