If you previously attended CFNI or were accepted as a student but did not attend and wish to enroll now, you may need to complete further forms. If it has been more than one year since you attended CFNI or since you were accepted as a student but did not attend, you will need to complete and mail the application form, the pastor’s recommendation, a recent photo of yourself (head and shoulders) and a non-refundable $35 application fee.
