Our shipping options and estimated delivery times are as follows:

International Shipping
Christ For The Nations ships all international orders U.S. Air Mail. International Orders require a physical street address and phone number. We are required to provide a commercial invoice for all international orders. The shipping time for international orders usually takes 5-30 business days depending on the destination. Please check with your local post office or customs office if you have not yet received your package.

Christ For The Nations is not responsible for any customs fees, nor can we accept a package (or have a package returned to the United States) that is stuck in customs.

Order Delays
Order processing delays include:

• Holidays- When you place your order around a holiday, orders will up to 3-5 business days longer to process.
• Conferences- When placing an order during a Christ For The Nations conference, please be aware that your order will take longer to process than our standard processing time. Our conference dates are listed at www.cfni.org.
• Weekly Order Processing Schedule- Orders placed Thursday will not be processed until the following Monday. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be processed no earlier than the following Tuesday.
• Weather Delays- If you live in an area experiencing snow storms or other extreme weather, these delays may add additional time to the estimated delivery date of your order.

Order Tracking

• If your order is placed through USPS, no tracking information is available. Please allow 2 full weeks after the estimated delivery date before inquiring about your order.
• If you chose UPS as your ship method, the tracking information was forwarded to the e-mail address that you supplied in the shipping address e-mail field. Please track your package via this information.

Improper Address
If you do not provide us with a correct and valid shipping address, or if you request the package to be delivered to another address and our shipping company charges us, your credit card will be charged for the additional shipping cost.

Out Of Stock Items
In the event that the item(s) that you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you by phone or e-mail within 3-5 business days from the date that you placed your order to let you know the estimated time that your order will ship. We will hold your order until the item(s) is restocked. If you notify us within 24 hours of the time of our call or e-mail that you do not want this out of stock item mailed to you, it will be deleted from your order.

Return Policy
Christ For The Nations unconditionally guarantees all products we manufacture and sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. We will gladly replace or refund you for any defective items you wish to return upon the following conditions.

All mp3 purchases are final.

Only new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by CFN Music will receive a refund within 30 days of delivery. A return item must be shipped to our department with the original packing receipt that the order came with. Your order will be refunded by the method that it was purchased only. Your original or return shipping charges will not be refunded. You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of return of your package to our department.

If we made a mistake with your order (item shipped is defective in workmanship or if we sent the incorrect product), we will take care of the return shipping and send you a replacement item with no additional charge shipping. Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders are available to church bookstores, retail bookstores and store websites upon approval of application. Please call 214.302.6355 to receive a wholesale order application and receive our full sales catalog.

All wholesale orders are shipped UPS at the cost to the purchaser. An account can be set up for your business, ministry or organization on a net 30 or net 60 day payment basis.
